De Brazza's Monkey Exhibit Opens

The De Brazza's monkey exhibit opened on July 18 to a crowd of donors. As the monkeys entered their exhibit shortly after 5 pm, the meerkats looked on curiously. Ruby and Kanoa spent the evening eagerly exploring their exhibit, climbing fences, ladders, and platforms to reach every corner.

The exhibit will open to the public July 19, with activities for children from 10 am - 2 pm Thursday and Friday.

To support the final phase of the Mission: Monkeys campaign, go to give.pueblozoo.org. Your generosity will advance animal care across the zoo with the addition of two state-of-the-art quarantine spaces. Zoo quarantine facilities have not been updated in 20 years. Your donation is needed today.
