MANDARI

The Mandari is an outdoor venue and is located at the south corner of the Pueblo Zoo. The shade structure has 36 heavy duty picnic tables and can seat approximately 288 people. This is the perfect venue for a larger event.

"30" CLUB PAVILION

The "30" Club Pavilion is located just outside our Islands of Life building. It sits in the heart of our xeriscaped gardens and neighbors a playground and misting umbrellas, perfect mix for a fun summer day! The wooden structure has 9 tables and can seat 54 people. This is the perfect venue for a mid-sized event.

PARTY PLACE

The party place is available May 1st – September 30th. The party place is located outside near the Eco Center and is under a shade structure. It has four picnic tables and can seat 20-32 guests. Guests may bring additional tables and chairs. This is the perfect venue for a small event. This rental is CLOSED during COVID.

(largest rental)

The Mandari is an outdoor venue and is located at the south corner of the Pueblo Zoo. The shade structure has 36 heavy duty picnic tables and can seat approximately 288 people. This is the perfect venue for a larger event.

  • Rental Includes:

    • 4,800 square ft. shelter

    • Electricity & Water

    • 36 Heavy Duty Picnic Tables that seat 8 people each

    • Use of adjacent lawn for games, barbecue, additional seating, bounce houses, and more!

    • 9am-5pm 8 hour rental

  • Capacity

    • 1,500 guests (288 seated) :

    • COVID capacity: 144 (with no food), 72 (with food)

      • For non-seated events, contact our Events Coordinator to discuss capacity management

  • Pricing

    • 1-99 guests $750

    • Additional guests $7.50 each

    • One professional security guard required per 250 people

  • After-Hours Rental (5pm-9pm)

    • An additional charge of $500

    • Exclusive use of the Zoo

    • Security Guard Required

“30” Club Pavilion
(mid-sized rental)

The "30" Club Pavilion is located just outside our Islands of Life building. It sits in the heart of our xeric gardens and neighbors a playground and misting umbrellas, perfect mix for a fun summer day! The wooden structure has 9 tables and can seat 54 people. This is the perfect venue for a mid-sized event.

  • Rental Includes:

    • Electricity

    • 6 - 36" square tables

    • 3 - 6' rectangle tables with benches and 2 chairs

    • Can be rented in 3 hour time slots:

      • 9am- 12pm

      • 1pm-4pm

  • Capacity

    • 75 guests (54 seated)

    • COVID restrictions: 36 without food, or up to 36 with a max of 8 households with food Pricing

    • $500 - up to 50 guests; $7.50 per additional guest

  • After-Hours Rental (5pm-9pm)

    • An additional charge of $500

    • Exclusive use of the Zoo

    • Security Guard Required

 

Party Place

(smallest rental)

This rental is CLOSED during COVID. The party place is available May 1st – September 30th. The party place is located outside near the Eco Center and is under a shade structure. It has four picnic tables and can seat 20-32 guests. Guests may bring additional tables and chairs. This is the perfect venue for a small event.

  • Rental Includes:

    • No Electricity

    • 4 picnic tables seats 8 people each

    • Available time slots:

      • 10am-12pm

      • 1pm-3pm

    • 35

  • Pricing

    • $200

    • Add an additional Zoo Package to your party for $50

 

*Party Place rental is only available during Zoo Hours 9am-5pm. No after-hours rental.

Rental FAQs:

Each Rental is different and unique. Please read through the information to discover which venue will fit your private event. 

All rentals include: Zoo Admission, Trash removal and Recycling 

Things you need to know:

 

COVID Discount

All rentals must adhere to the Zoo’s COVID policies. All guests ages 3+ are required to wear a mask at all times and socially distance. In appreciation of how this might limit your rental, we are offering a 25% discount on all rentals during this time.

 

Payment and Booking

You can book your rental space between two weeks and 18 months prior to your date. You’ll pay 50% of your total fee at booking and the remaining balance on the date of your event.  

Catering and Food

Each party is able to contract with a caterer of their choice or bring in their own food and drinks. The zoo does not have a food prep area for rentals. See venue details for electricity availability. Alcohol is permitted with after-hours rentals.

 

For the safety of our guests and our animals:

  • No balloons, straws, confetti, rice or pets.

  • The Pueblo Zoo is a non-smoking facility.

  • Remember the animals are joining in on your event, too.
