A tail-wagging day at Pueblo Zoo for you and your pup!
The Pueblo Zoo is excited to welcome you and your dog for a very special day! Spend the morning or the whole day exploring the Pueblo Zoo, taking in wild sights and sounds, and making unforgettable memories with your furry companions. Spend your morning exploring the Pueblo Zoo, with event entry from 9 a.m to 1 p.m. Once you enter, you are more than welcome to stay and enjoy the Zoo for the rest of the day. This event has been organized with the safety of our guests, dogs, and, of course, the Zoo animals in mind.
Human Admission:
Adult non-members: $15.25
Adult members: Free
Child non-members (3-17): $11.25
Child members: Free
Children 2 and under: Free

One adult guest (21+) must accompany each dog.

Dog ticket: $15.25 | Dog tickets are required for both members and non-members

A limited number of dog tickets will be available, as this is our first event, so act fast. Only one (1) dog ticket is permitted per adult guest.

Please review the Dog Days event policies and requirements below before purchasing your admission ticket. By adding and purchasing a dog ticket, you acknowledge and agree to all Pueblo Zoo Dog Days requirements.
Event Policies & Requirements
Please review your ticket date for accuracy before checkout; tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased. (Tickets are non-refundable.)
Each dog owner who visits must:

Maintain control of their dog at all times.

Promptly clean up after their dog and dispose of the waste properly while on Zoo grounds.

Immediately remove their dog from any situation that causes stress, disruption, or unsafe conditions.

Follow instructions and requests from Zoo staff immediately.

Acknowledge that the Zoo reserves the right to ask a guest and their dog to leave the Zoo for safety, behavioral, or welfare reasons, with no refund.

Each dog who visits must:

Be at least four (4) months old.

Be in good health and free from injuries, contagious diseases, and parasites.

Be up to date on all required vaccinations (rabies, distemper, parvovirus, bordetella, leptospirosis, and current parasite prevention).

Not be subject to any quarantine, legal restrictions, or classified as dangerous or vicious.

Remain under the control of the ticket holder, who must be an individual 21 years old or older (limited to one (1) dog per adult guest).

Be kept on a 6-foot, non-retractable leash at all times.

Be well-behaved and comfortable in public environments.

Be friendly toward people and other dogs, and must not exhibit aggressive, fearful, or disruptive behavior.
