The memorandum of agreement between District 60 and the Pueblo Zoo allows for 100 programs to be given without cost.

 

When the 100 program limit has been reached, schools and/or classes are responsible for all field trip fees.

 

Schools and/or classes must preregister to receive field trip pricing.

District 60 Program & Field Trip Pricing

Education Programs bring a new perspective to your curriculum, and engage your students with live animals,
zoo education staff, and creative activities. All programs meet Colorado Academic Standards.

Program pricing is subject to season. See our Program List for more details.

 At School Programs 

August 1 - March 31 (or first 100 programs)

Pre K - 5th grade: FREE (additional same day programs FREE)

6th - 12th grade: $80.00/program (additional same day programs $60.00 each)

 

April 1 - July 31 (or after 100 programs)

Pre K - 5th grade: $80.00/program (additional same day programs $60.00 each)

6th - 12th grade: $80.00/program (additional same day programs $60.00 each)

 

 At Zoo Programs 

Programs held at the zoo require admission.

 

August 1 - March 31 (or first 100 programs)

Pre K - 5th grade:

Admission: $3.00

Program Fee: FREE

6th - 12th grade:

Admission: $6.00 per student

Program Fee: $50.00 per program (guided tours are considered programs)

 

April 1 - July 31 (or after 100 programs)

Pre K - 5th grade:

Admission: $3.00 per student

Program Fee: $50.00 per program (guided tours are considered programs)

 

6th - 12th grade:

Admission: $6.00 per student

Program Fee: $50.00 per program (guided tours are considered programs)

 Field Trips 

District 60 field trips require zoo admission. The following pricing applies:

Pre-K - 5th grade: $3.00 per student 

6th - 12th grade: $6.00 per student
